He has a knack for synthesizing and organizing complex topics into simple and understandable presentations. His education combines informal, traditional study with the academic rigor of university classes. Nicolai studied extensively at the American Sanskrit Institute, the Ayurvedic Institute, the American Institute of Vedic Studies and the Vedic Chant Center. CAROLINE BESLEY

Caroline has been practicing yoga since 1998 and dancing since birth. She has an innate curiosity about the world, and loves how yoga teaches her something new every single day. She encourages her students to question, learn, and discover new things about their bodies, their minds, and the world around them.

Her teaching style and practice are influenced by the many exceptional teachers she has had the opportunity to study with, including Marylou McNamara, Margaret Townsend, and Mary Pappas-Sandonas. She earned her 200 hr RYT from the Dallas Yoga Center.

Caroline also draws from her dance background, bringing joy and freedom of movement into her teaching.

SANDI TINDAL

Sandi Tindal has been interested in how people move all her life. She has a strong understanding of human biomechanics and comes from a noteworthy career of engineering.

Her decision to study yoga was motivated by an eagerness to understand the mind-body connection and how to improve the health of the whole person via the breath. She finds that the science of yoga addresses some key principles to being in the body that are often overlooked in today’s fast-paced culture.

Breath-centric movement is a method that she offers throughout her classes; drawn from the Viniyoga tradition this approach helps many individuals gain greater self-understanding about their current condition which can lead to insight about positive next steps to take for growth and transformation.

SARAH SAMPSON

In her role leading social-emotional learning (SEL) for Keller ISD, Sarah supports the implementation of mindfulness and emotional- intelligence initiatives in 43 schools that serve over 34,000 students. She began her education journey building elementary theatre programs in public schools to teach students social skills and healthy self-expression through creative movement and mindful communication.
